Just Do It!
Are you always reading information, buying books and DVDs but not getting on and doing it? I’ve had friends say to me: “Oh, yes, I’ve joined a gym” or “I’ve just bought a book on healthy eating”.
They usually look pleased with themselves, but then I say: “You know it doesn’t work like that…. It’s not enough.” They usually laugh in a rather embarrassed way, and acknowledge that for some reason by buying the book or joining the gym they have felt so good about themselves that they haven’t felt the need to do any more.
So, go out there and do something. Make a start that will benefit your life – a real start, not just a pretend start. You don’t have to do a full programme, or change your life completely, just commit to one small change right now and go out and do it – TODAY.
