Eco Products for Christmas from Spinifiex
This November Spinifex will be displaying its range of eco-products at the renowned East London Design Show07. The ELDS has become a popular retail event and runs paralell to the Hidden Art Open Studios in the run up to Christmas.

The event is held in the historic structure of Shoreditch Town Hall.
Spinifex will have for sale its OTA and OTO chalkboard units and OTE
and OTI magnetboard units for leaving messages and holding mail. The
message boards are made from recycled plastic and are ideal for the
hallway, kitchen or bedroom. They come in six colours to suit most
interiors.
The MOW candle/vase is made of beeswax and has an eight hour burn time.
At the halfway point a cavity is revealed into which a single flower
can be placed. This second function extends the life of the object
bringing both light and then life into the home. They come in two
different shades of yellow.
Finally, the TLIP mug tree will be on display. The TLIP trees
are designed to hold mugs and teaspoons. They are composed of stacked
shapes of unwanted laminated chipboard from office and house
clearances. This mix of different colours and patterns makes each one
individual. Even the off-cuts are used! Spinifex is a design and
manufacture workshop based in East London. It was established in 2004
by Sam Morgan.
