‘Great machine in a class of its own’ – A to B review the Pro Connect
We’ve had a history of great reviews for our bikes in A to B magazine, but the Pro Connect received the best report yet for any electric bike they’ve seen and made it onto the cover of the latest issue.
Richmond park demos
We know many customers like to try before they buy and now you can do so in style in London and the South East. We’ve delivered a number of bikes to the cycle hire centre in Richmond Park. You can take an Agattu or Pro Connect out for an hour or two around London’s wildest and most wonderful park and we’ll deduct the cost of hiring when you order a bike.

Kalkhoff distributor
We spent a few days with the manufacturer of the Kalkhoff bikes last week, to place our orders for next year, look around the plant and meet the other distributors. Of course, we hired bikes to get around in the blistering hot weather and were made really welcome by our hosts. Best of all, 50cycles was named as Kalkhoff Distributor of the Year for establishing their bikes as the electric bike brand in the UK only months after its launch. A huge thank you to all British Kalkhoff owners, the enthusiastic response here has not gone unnoticed in Germany!
PS One thing we picked up during our visit was more information on the Panasonic system, which we’ve also published online.
Medium sized Kalkhoff Agattu offer
This month’s offer is £75 off the price of 53cm (medium frame size) Agattus, in both the step-thru and crossbar options. That is the same model pictured on our Agattu homepage and it’s proved to be the most option, so we ordered a large number of them, hence the saving. This offer won’t last forever and they’re likely to sell out pretty soon at this price, so don’t delay if you’re in the market for a piece of Kalkhoff magic at a bargain price.
