Experience sustainable off grid living, fully catered with vegetarian or vegan food, in a beautiful small valley in sunny central Portugal. We are dedicated to eating organic, local, seasonal whole food. Mostly we eat from our own vegetable garden in the summer months, where the produce is grown without the use of artificial chemicals and fertilisers. We pick our own olives every year, providing us with our own organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. The kitchen will be stocked with a range of herbal, black and green tea, and coffee making supplies. We can also provide a basic picnic hamper meal if you choose to have a day or evening out.
