This unique straw bale barn overlooks a tranquil orchard, pond and gardens in a private valley on our 14 acre organic smallholding. The barn has curvy lime rendered walls, a new oak floor, a wood burner, large iron bed, comfortable sofa and a huge deck outside. It also has a kitchen, shower and outdoor compost loo. The barn is powered by solar panels, wood fired heating and a wind turbine. We are developing our beautiful smallholding along sustainable principles and welcome people who would like an organically peaceful time. Being members of the Wholesome Food Association we produce naturally grown food for sale in our local area.
