Are you having problems using the website ?
We are continuously improving the existing features and adding new ones. Sometimes though there may be bugs or glitches that get missed. If you feel something is not working, or could be improved for you, we want to hear your feedback and opinion.
To accomplish this we've given you a couple of options.
- Use the Get Satisfaction tool (tab located on the right hand side of your screen)
- This is an online feedback system that is completely transparent and allows us to deal with requests, errors and features. You are required to have an account (sign up).
- Members can send us a message
- When you log in to your account there is an option to send us a message, this will email us with any message you care to leave
- Email/Tel
- You can always contact us directly, although this may take longer to respond to

For members we will soon be introducing a members FAQ, which will have simple responses to common questions you may have with managing your membership
