Est. in 1988 as an organic farming enterprise & certified by the Demeter Assoc.,national & European gov. certification body. Land, soil, plants & animals cared for along the 'Bio-Dynamic' guidelines based on the work of Rudolf Steiner. Manage approx. 750 acres of which 260 acres are forestry & the rest is dedicated to farming or left to nature. Also involved in other sustainable landuse methods like green (soft) tourism & alternative energy.
