The Vegan Society is a charity promoting the vegan lifestyle which aims to avoid all cruelty or exploitation of animals.

It works to help people, animals and the environment by providing well researched information. We advise the general public, caterers, the media and government departments.

We publish The Vegan Magazine and The Animal Free Shopper; a guide to vegan foods, drinks and other products. We also work with manufacturers to promote vegan products by using the Vegan approved symbol.
