Hubcap Creatures Ltd
Hubcap Creatures Ltd is a one man operation making sculptures entirely from reclaimed or recycled materials. This venture began with hubcaps collected from the side of the road or donated by friends, but has diversified into making use of discarded shopping trolleys, scrap metal, and any other piece of rubbish destined for landfill that has an interesting shape or texture. This work is partly personal, and partly commission based, but the undelying theme is always to re-use waste material, and therefore to educate and inform of the artists ideas concerning the nature of value.
