Brighton Permaculture Trust promotes greener lifestyles and sustainable development through design. It raises awareness and facilitates learning in supportive environments.
Brighton Permaculture Trust is an ethical not-for-profit organisation formed in 2000 by people interested in putting permaculture firmly 'on the map' in Brighton and the Sussex area. We offer courses, talks, socials and seminars and from time to time get involved in larger projects, such as the Brighton Earthship.
Brighton Permaculture Trust runs a range of events and courses, from an introduction to permaculture to an advanced diploma course and specific courses/events on green architecture, gardening and fruit growing.
We are also actively involved in various gardening/green projects with local schools in the Brighton area.
