Boys&Girls create bright and brilliant clothes for 0-10 year olds. More parks & playgrounds than paddocks & ponies, we combine brilliant colours, the softest quality fabrics, and distinctive designs to create clothing that is perfect for today’s vibrant urban lifestyle. Our garments are made from GOTS and FLO certified cotton, which means the cotton is 100% organic and we have paid a fair price for it.
Ethical and Environmental Policy
We choose to use only organic cotton and organic dying and printing methods so that there are none of the harmful chemicals involved. This means it is better for us and our kids, for the many workers and their kids that come into contact with the cotton along the way and for the environment in general. At present only some of our range carries the Fairtrade Mark. In simple terms, this is due to the fact that our order quantities are not yet big enough to get us into the FLO Certified dye houses. Which seems unfair. However, our aim is for the whole range to carry the Fairtrade Mark in the future and we are working hard to make that happen. We choose to use Fairtrade Certified Cotton because we feel it’s the right thing to do. It is not the easiest or cheapest method, which is probably why not everyone chooses to do it.
