Chaos to Calm Business Management

Chaos to Calm Business Management helps organisations who’re committed to making the world a better place turn their strategy into reality as quickly and efficiently as possible and with the maximum impact.

Typically we work with independent consultants and SMEs in the green, health, education and social enterprise sectors, either on an ongoing basis or project by project until they are big enough to afford their own permanent member(s) of staff.

The support we provide varies depending on the specific needs and size of the firm. However, we typically provide specialists in virtual assistance, business management, business development (including all types of offline and online marketing, including bid writing), web design, event management, recruitment and staff development. We are also able to work remotely or on-site at your offices.

Clients have included ethical entrepreneurs, business angels, management consultants in the cleantech space, coaches, psychologists, asset management boutiques and investment consultancies looking to break the traditional mould and leading academics.

Contact us today for a no-obligation consultation on how we can help you keep your promises and make a difference you want to make.

Ethical and Environmental Policy

Chaos to Calm only works with organisations that are committed to making the world a better place.

Consequently, our clients are typically within the green, health, education and social enterprise sectors and we don’t work with companies we believe engage in unethical business practices.

Our ‘hub’ is Stephanie Windsor who works collaboratively with other specialists who have complementary skills. Most of the team work from home offices and remotely which minimises our carbon footprint. Whenever we do travel we try to do so by public transport rather than car. Chaos to Calm also uses green suppliers wherever possible – eg. energy, stationery, office equipment, printing, fair trade food etc – and recycles actively.

Personally, Stephanie is an active campaigner and donates regularly to a whole range of causes. She is a long-standing, though only mildly successful, permaculture enthusiast and is also a huge fan of ecopsychology, wilderness therapy and horticultural therapy.
