My Green Directory (previously Allthingseco) was launched in November 2006 as an eco directory supporting and promoting businesses, organisations and individuals with products, services & information that genuinely follow environmentally friendly, sustainable, fair-trade, organic, natural, ethical and socially responsible principles.
Since the early days there has been the addition of eco news in 2007 to enhance reader information, and this new 2011 phase now sees the addition of an events and offers sections, plus an annual paperback directory distributed across the UK.
The sole purpose of the site is to help and inspire the environmentally conscious. We aim to bring to light green companies, green issues & green lifestyle choices, helping towards a more environmentally aware, sustainably sound future - giving green living a helping hand...
Ethical and Environmental Policy
My Green Directory (formerly) Allthingseco is run from a home office. The sole purpose of the directory is to support and promote all types of green/eco businesses to ethical consumers.
The office is run on Green Energy, correspondence is kept mainly email based, with any paper used being 100% recycled or from sustainable resources. All office & home materials are recycled, energy saving lightbulbs used, and lifestyle products bought are from fair trade, sustainable, organic and local sources where ever possible with chemical free products preferred.
Our campaign is to add our voice in explaining that alongside Climate Change there are the important issues of finding products that do not ravage the earth in their making, finding companies that are ethically run, socially responsible with fair trade principles, and ones that can provide renewable energy and all sorts of green alternatives.
We hope we can help to add weigh and provide solutions to growing environmental concerns.
