Allthingseco was first launched in November 2006 after many months research & preparation as an eco directory, supporting and promoting businesses, organisations and individuals with products, services & information that genuinely follow environmentally friendly, sustainable, fair-trade, organic, natural, ethical and socially responsible principles.
With the sole purpose to help the eco/ethical movement and inspire the environmentally conscious consumer it now not only has the original directory, but eco news, an a-z of green campaigners, and local living guides creating a thoroughly comprehensive eco resource.
We aim to bring to light green companies, green issues & green lifestyle choices - helping towards a more environmentally aware, sustainably sound future and giving green living a helping hand...
Ethical and Environmental Policy
Allthingseco is run from a home office, founded in 2006 by Sue Jueno. The sole purpose of the directory is to support and promote all types of green/eco businesses to ethical consumers.
The office is run on Green Energy, the server is with Green Hosting, correspondence is kept mainly email based, with any paper used being 100% recycled or from sustainable resources. All office & home materials are recycled, energy saving lightbulbs used, and lifestyle products bought are from fair trade, sustainable, organic and local sources where ever possible with chemical free products preferred.
Our campaign is to add our voice in explaining that alongside Climate Change there are the important issues of finding products that do not ravage the earth in their making, finding companies that are ethically run, socially responsible with fair trade principles, and ones that can provide renewable energy and all sorts of green alternatives.
We are obviously not alone in our quest, but hope we can help to add weigh and solutions to growing environmental concerns.
