Aztec Arts was established in 2005 in Mexico to provide a UK market for traditional crafts and to promote ethical trading.
Since then we have expanded to feature Fair Trade crafts and gifts from India and Indonesia as well as Mexico and Guatemala. From funky recycled aluminium ornaments to sterling silver jewellery and hand made bags, we bring you the finest ethical giftware.
Aztec Arts are members of the British Association of Fair Trade Shops.
Ethical and Environmental Policy
Aztec Arts is a member of the British Association of Fair Trade Shops. We source 100% of our products from importers who are registered by the Association, which means that everyone who has made our products has been paid and treated fairly and works in a decent environment. 75% by volume of the goods we sell are made from recycled materials. We use recycled materials in packaging, and all our paper products, including leaflets and carrier bags, are made from recycled paper. We do not use plastic carrier bags. Aztec Arts has joined the 10:10 campaign to reduce its carbon emissions by 10% during 2010.
