Ethical and Environmental Policy

Bright Green Energy adheres to ethical practices in many ways. For a small company our objective is create and sustain an ethical environment. We operate a round table forum where everyone's point of view is welcomed and valued. Leadership means you value others, listen and motivate. New employees are orientated to our values, and systems and processes are in place to ensure that people are accoutnable for their actions and words. All employees act in accordance with our ethics and are encouraged to participate in discussions about resource allocation, economics and many other decisions regarding the company. In a small company pesonal motivations are put to one side as we all understand the objective we're trying to reach. Finally, our products are sourced from leading solar and renewable manufacturers who use recycled materials and we are in the process of changing our electricity supplier to Good-Energy (leading supplier of energy dervied 100% renewable resources). This process should be complete next week.
