Ecofreak

Ecofreak is an online shop selling a wide range of eco friendly products. We supply a full range of energy monitors and energy saving devices at very competitive prices and with excellent customer service.

Set up in 2007, we have built stock of all our products and aim to despatch orders from stock if ordered before 3pm monday to friday.

We are a small business and the proprietor Will Musson is always available to provide advice, product information and to ensure that our customer service is second to none.

In addition to the products in our online shop we also design and supply small scale renewable energy systems for off grid applications such as road signs, remote buildings, equestrian stables and telecommunications.

In 2010 we will be expanding our solar photovoltaic business into supply and installation of grid tied systems suitable for domestic and commercial properties.

Ethical and Environmental Policy

We aim to behave as ethically as possible in all that we do. We are not perfect, there always have to be compromises but we do our best!

Most importantly we put our customers first!

We supply at competitive prices, keep delivery charges as low as possible and make them clear before you commit to ordering. What you see is what you pay and we will stand by all of our products - if there is a problem we will sort it out for you.

Ordering is simple and secure - no logging in required, no new password to remember (or forget!). Pay securely by PayPal offsite, or via SagePay (formerly Protx) on site.

We use recycled and degradable packaging to wrap and protect our parcels and encourage our customers to re-use and recycle the packaging wherever possible.

We use recycled paper and stationary.

We source our web hosting and telephone services from green service providers using renewable energy to power their equipment.
