We are an award winning company dedicated to sourcing ethically produced eco energy devices. We source and stock everything from micro solar panels, eco radios, portable power devices, eco lighting and books on eco technology.
We also have an extensive online data base of all the latest news covering national and global environmental issues. The latest eco jobs, reports and events are also streamed direct to the website daily.
We have a sincere waste minimisation policy with over 90% of our products coming in recyclable packaging such as cardboard. Most of our internal packaging comes from unwanted materials from local business.
Ethical Policy
While it is difficult to say that something is truly 100% ethical we like to feel that we are going someway to address the imbalance that now exists in todays consumer society. We are a family run business sourcing products from factories that have good working practices. We deliver educational work on waste minimisation, renewable energy and climate change to schools and community groups. We also often donate free gadgets to local schools and national groups such as 'The Stop Climate Chaos Campaign' and 'People and Planet'. We make regular donations to charities such as 'The Bhopal Medical Appeal and 'Sight Savers International' and provide numerous other links on our website for other worthwhile eco causes. In a nutshell EcoGadgets is about trying to make people think about their micro habits and how changing these habits can effect and address the macro problems we all now all face.
