Ethical and Environmental Policy
We pay all of our employees the union rate for their work, allowing them to work from home with regular meet-ups to discuss work issues face to face.
We insist that our employees share our passionate cmomitment to the environment - this is the overriding criterion for employment with Flipside Vision. Race, creed, colour and age have no bearing on our employment policies.
We donate unsold stock to deserving causes such as schools and environmental groups. Any stock remaining after vigorous efforts have been made to place it is then recycled by a paper recycling company at our expense.
