FONDA plans, designs and implements the design of marketing communications - from brand identities, identity guidelines, sales literature, recruitment literature, product leaflets, annual reports and reviews, CSR reports, websites, exhibitions, forms and documentation to signage and advertising.

Our clients includes organisations in the public, private and third sectors which can been seen on our website. They include companies in the FTSE250 to smaller partnerships and sole traders.

Ethical Policy

FONDA Limited provides design services to a broad range of organisations in the public, private and third sectors.

We are committed to comply with legislation to continually improve our processes to prevent pollution so lessening our impact on the environment. We provide training and education for all employees on environmental issues and monitor and review our environmental progress on an annual basis.

Our objectives and targets are as follows

  • To reduce the amount of waste by introducing a paper recycling system
  • To encourage employees to use public transport and share cars wherever possible.
    (There are no company cars, but two company bikes)
  • To use our buying power wherever practicable by buying locally, fair-trade, recycled and products from sustainable sources.
  • To avoid the use of plastic cups from our water dispenser
  • To limit the amount of paper filing and wherever possible to run projects using web-enabled, digital resources
  • To favour environmentally friendly paper stock and printers that are carbon neutral when making recommendations to clients

This policy is posted on the company notice board. Paul Fox, client services director, is responsible for this policy and its implementation.
