Ethical PolicyAt FreshTies we take positive steps to look after the environment in various ways. For example, by cutting down on car travel to work by working from home, some days of the week, and encouraging people to download documents from our website to read on their PC, rather than print. We also create printed materials only when necessary, and make use of emailing documents instead of posting, when possible. When recruiting staff or workers, we make it very clear that we wish to encourage appliations from individuals of all backgrounds and age groups. We are keen to get far greater involvement from people with disabilities. In so far as we can, we avoid working with organisations who have a complete disregard for people's dignity and welfare. Anyone who works with us including volunteers, is told that they should observe our ethical principles.
