As well as environmental responsibility, social responsibility is at the heart of JHS. Instilled in the ethos of the company is always to be truthful and honest with our clients in our business dealings, especially on price, delivery and quality. We do not quote an artificially high price in order to offer a false discount. The price we quote includes all our costs. Once a quotation has been accepted and an order placed we will not contact clients to renegotiate the price to include costs previously withheld from them. Our capabilities and experience enable us to look at each property independently in order to provide the best technical and financial option. We tell the truth about our products and services and always use straightforward language so that we do not mislead the client about our products’ capabilities. We will decline to quote for a job where we do not believe that the client’s property is suitable for our product. It is important to us to maintain the highest standards in all aspects of our relationship with clients in all dealings with the office, in their home or place of work, on site and during and after installation. We are always courteous to everyone in all aspects of our business.
