Jutexpo is a forward thinking environmentally conscious company dedicated to reducing plastic bag pollution. We have pioneered and continue to develop a range of ethical, eco-friendly, biodegradable, climate neutral bags made from sustainable plant fibres called jute. We are moving at a rapid rate in response to the needs of the end user and their desire to be part of the green eco revolution.
Our quality, stylish bags are available in a variety of shapes and colours and are ideal for promotional, leisure and shopping use. We design and supply a range of bespoke and stock bags. We are the UK's largest importer of jute bags and supply many high street stores; the integrity of the bag has grown and continues to grow. our environmentally friendly bags are having a noticeable effect on reversing the over consumption of plastic shopping bags on the high street.
Ethical and Environmental Policy
Climate neutral with full carbon offsetting Our raw material is sustainable by nature.Regular ethical/technical audits, by Impactt, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, plus our major customers have performed their own audits.
Further ethical/tecnical audits are being carried out in August 2007, and are performed yearly.
These ethical audits, cover the employment conditions of all workers used by Jutexpo.

CONFIDENTIAL - We are in the process of growing organic jute, year 1 of the 3 year cycle. We have started the process for Fairtrade accreditation for Jute.
