Many of our products are hand crafted by local artisans around the world or made to order in the UK, which helps to improve workers lives and local economies, both in the UK and in developing countries.
We recycle and re-use packaging, office equipment and other recyclable materials, ensuring that we have a minimum impact on the environment.
Goods are often dispatched in used packaging, as we believe that it is better to re-use than throw away.
We encourage our customers to dispose of all packaging carefully and recycle where possible.
