Main Aims and Objectives:-
- To Promote Fair Trade products
- To Campaign against unnecessary packaging
- To raise public recycling awareness
- To promote the sale of products produced via the recycling industries
- To encourage the use of biodegradable feminine hygiene products
- To promote and supply real nappies and nappy eco accessories
- To offer volunteer/work placements to the socially excluded sectors
- To establish and encourage strong networking links between all voluntary organisations, community groups and the public sectors
- To offer services to organisations that employ people from the socially excluded sectors that wish to manufacture products made from recycled materials
- To campaign for the use of real nappies in Hospitals

How Do We Intend To Do This?
- Promoting and advertising from our retail outlet and Web site
- Networking within all public, voluntary and private sectors
- Working in collaboration with the Local Authority
- Liaising and network between School Nurses, Health Visitors and other educators that have links with the public
- Attendance and support of environmentally relevant community groups and fairs
- We share information with the public on matters relating to kerb side recycling via our web site, our shop and other media publications
- We sign post local business to the appropriate department to assist them with their trade waste and legal requirements
- We co-ordinate awareness sessions relating to medium & small business and their trade waste issues
We actively campaign against excessive packaging by removing product packaging within a retail store for example Asda and Tesco. Please see more information on our web site www.therecyclelady.co.uk we are the first retail outlet in North Wales not to hand out plastic carrier bags to our customers.
We deliver FREE Fair Trade/Recycling awareness sessions from our retail outlet
