The radio station is impartial – politically, culturally and economically.
As a company we strive to behave ethically at all times in our dealings with our staff, clients, suppliers and listeners.
We prefer to be inclusive and welcoming while maintaining our focus to build a profitable business.
We have a waste minimisation policy and anything that can be recycled is recycled. As a company we produce less than one small bag of rubbish per week.
All staff members walk or cycle to work and the company has no company cars.
Passion uses environmentally friendly and fair-trade products.
