The Eco Design Box is available to order from the comfort of your own home or office and delivers a complete design to your door for you to implement.
If DIY isn't your thing, full project management sevices are available. All designs are carefully considered, ensuring that they don't have a negative impact on people, their environment and the wider world.
Ethical and Environmental Policy
Every design scheme incorporates materials that are:
- Low impact - non-toxic, sustainably-produced or recycled materials - which require little energy to process
- Durable - longer-lasting and better-functioning products will have to be replaced less frequently, reducing the impacts of producing replacements OR
- Designed with reuse and recycling in mind - products, processes, and systems that are designed for performance in a commercial 'afterlife'.
- Made from sustainably-managed renewable sources - managed renewable sources that can be composted when their usefulness has been exhausted.
- Not harmful to building occupants or the large environment - an important emphasis is on indoor environmental quality, especially indoor air quality.
But that’s not all!
- Client visits are made by public transport, pedal power and brisk walking wherever possible. I don’t own a car!
- The Eco Design Boxes comprise of recycled materials, which include the boxes they’re delivered in and all the documents contained within.
- All suppliers are vetted to ensure that their materials/products are produced in an environment where equitable, non-exploitative employment practices are carried out.
