Ethical Policy

I am a sole trader. My business is all about encouraging others to simplify their lives, spend a greater proportion of their time on what really matters and minimise their negative impact on the planet. I believe in being authentic in my business and my personal life and so I do all of those things myself. I actively demonstrate my care for the environment by reducing my consumption of just about everything - minimum clothing, no makeup and only natural, organic toiletries and cleaning products, garden organically, eat mostly fresh, locally produced organic produce, vegetarian, minimal use of my car and never fly. I am also converting my house to a sustainable urban home and am aiming for it to be zero carbon. I work from home and coach by telephone and email. This minimises the need for me and my clients to travel and minimises energy usage. I use very little paper and when I do it's reused or recycled. I recycle print cartridges, packaging materials, food waste. I source whatever materials I can from local ethical businesses. I am prepared to pay a little more for this. I encourage my clients to behave ethically and in a socially responsible manner.
