Shambhu’s offers good quality, reasonably priced, home-cooked vegan catering, drawing inspiration from cuisines around the world, including Asian, European, Latin American and Middle Eastern. We cater for meetings, conferences, classes, seminars, festivals, parties, functions and various other events, and serve individuals at work and home. We generally cover London, and the home counties to the north and west of London. We offer free deliveries to many London locations. Examples of festivals where we have catered, some of them outside London, include: Carshalton Green Fair, Redbridge Green Fair, Camden Green Fair, Real Food Market, London Vegan Festival, West Midlands Vegan Festival, Brighton Eco Veggie Fayre, Animal Aid’s Christmas Fayre, etc. Our offerings include a variety of canapés, main meals, salads, snacks and desserts. While all our items are suitable for vegans, our intention is to demonstrate how great vegan food can be for non-vegans and vegans alike. With this in mind, some of our clients order all-vegan buffets from us so that their guests can all enjoy the same food, while simultaneously meeting many special dietary requirements – a win-win for guests and organisers. We serve our food using compostable plates, cutlery, bowls, containers, cups etc. For buffets, we generally deliver the food in foil containers, which we aim to take back after the event for reuse.
