The Chestnuts
The Chestnuts is a place where Luxury and Sustainability meet. It is a three bedroomed self catering, stone cottage dating back to the early 1800's and it has been renovated, extended and interior designed for relaxation and indulgence. Its chic interior, with original pieces of modern art and artifacts, together with a colour palette of whites, creams and taupes, is urban chic living in a rural idyll. The Cottage Sleep 6 plus 4 (two sofa beds) and sits within a beautiful quiet conservation village in the Cotswolds, one of Englands finest areas of outstanding natural beauty.
Ethical and Environmental Policy
As a member of the Green Tourism business scheme we have been audited by them and have attained a silver award. The details of their requirements are on their website, should you need to have a look. We do so many things within our small business to reduce, reuse, recycle that it is impossible to write them all here. We also make an assessment of the carbon emisions we make after we have done as much as we can with the above criteria. All emisions made by the business are then offset with the co2balance company so that we our business as carbon neutral.
