The Ethical Property Company
Ethical Property promotes a more just, equitable and sustainable society through the provision of property and related support services while demonstrating an equal commitment to our financial, social and environmental returns.
Our tenants benefit from affordable rents, flexible terms and inclusive facilities allowing them to become part of a working community in which they can exchange skills and ideas under one roof. All of our properties are managed to minimise energy and water usage, waste, car travel and any reliance upon harmful materials.
We currently own 15 centres in the UK, providing fully serviced workspace for over 220 charities, social enterprises, voluntary and campaign groups. In addition we also manage a growing portfolio of properties on behalf of like minded landlords.

Ethical and Environmental Policy
Ethical Property is an international family of organisations with the common aim of making the best use of property for society and the environment. The family consists of the two companies The Ethical Property Company and Ethical Property Europe, and the UK charity The Ethical Property Foundation. We work to define what Ethical Property means, to demonstrate it in action and to inspire others to put it into practice.
Since its incorporation in 1998, The Ethical Property Company (the UK company) has pioneered property investment with genuine social, environmental and financial returns. The aim of the company is to strengthen and facilitate the work of the social change sector in the UK and abroad, by providing fair and affordable rents and services to organisations working to achieve social change.
The work of the company is first and foremost driven by the ethical values shared by our shareholders and our Board of Directors. Decisions on operations and governance of the company always include careful consideration of the ethical, social and environmental consequences of our actions, and we will always consider these as equally important to the financial results of our work.
Our strategy for new investments, both in property and supporting services, is always driven by an expressed need for our brand of property management, and our model for development will remain people and values-driven, collaborative and transparent.
