As consumers, the more of a demand we create for organic alternatives to conventional products, the more organic choices we will find are available, making it easier to make environmentally responsible choices. At The Organic Toy Company, we ONLY stock organic products, as our contribution to this ideal.
Ever conscious of misleading descriptions, we are passionate about providing detailed information on every product's listing on our website, for complete transparency for our customers. Our product descriptions also include information on the ethical working conditions of the workers who make the toys. All of the toys we stock have been produced by workers who are protected from exploitative working conditions and no child labour is permitted.
All of our toys have, at the very least, certified 100% organic cotton or organic wool as the main outer fabric. All have either organic, recycled or hypoallergenic fillings.
We have now introduced award-winning organic baby skincare products to our range and only stock those which carry recognised organic certification and which have high organic content.
Unless specifically asked, most orders are despatched using pre-used but of course, clean, packaging. By reusing, rather than recycling, we're able to help keep the cost down to our customers as well as to the environment!
Virtually all of our office waste is recycled and our office's energy comes from renewable sources.
