The S.A.D. Lightbox Company is a division of Full Spectrum Lighting Ltd and was the first company in the UK to design and manufacture lightboxes specifically for alleviating S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder).
Our lightboxes can be used from as little as 20 minutes a day to relieve the symptoms of SAD such as deepression, lethargy, sleep problems and cravings for carbohydrates.
New research shows that they can also be used successfully for bulimia, non season depression, and in one study helping the effects of chemotherapy in breast cancer.
The LitePod the most popular small box on the market is £115, and would typically be used for 45 minutes to 1 hour per day. The Diamond 4 & 5 are £230 & £265 and would give a treatment in 20 minutes.
The DawnLite is a natural alarm clcok that wakes you gently with light instead of a harsh alarm.

All our lightboxes use long life, low energy fluorescent tubes. They are all manufactured to medical standards at our factory in Oxfordshire.
All our packing is made from 85% recycled materials.
