theGreenspider is a new Eco Search Engine & Directory powered by Google and designed to drive maximum exposure of Eco products & services to normal consumers. Launched 18 months ago as an energy saving search engine, theGreenspider is being relaunched on 22/02/10 to coincide with FairTrade Fortnight. Now, not only will users be able to save energy and search all of Google's normal results, they will also be able to do an Eco Search to just deliver results from Eco & Ethical busineses and organisations. In addition to this, organisations can sign up to our Eco directory which if approved, gives them guaranteed inclusion within the Eco Search results as well as between one and three directory listings. theGreenspider currently has over 6,000 unique users from over 50 countries but this is expected to increase at least 20 fold following our relaunch and subsequent marketing push.
