Ethical and Environmental Policy

We are not about making huge profits, in fact we generally just break even. The main aim of our work is service to our customers, many of whom are seriously ill, and the provision of good quality equipment that really work, at the lowest possible prices.

We aim to despatch every order within 24 hours of receiving it. We ourselves use the most use most of the products we sell, and can offer friendly, experienced advice on how to choose and use the most suitable products according to each individual's requirements, not profit margins. Our after-sales service is supportive and fair. We carry spare parts and offer servicing to help our customers keep their health products working for many years.


Our mail order business uses around 98% recycled paper, envelopes, boxes and packing materials, much of which is our own shredded waste paper. We recylce all our ink and toner cartridges. Most of the products we use in our office are green and/or fairtrade.

Our purpose-built premise have low ceilings, even the warehouse, and are extra-well insulated to reduce our heating requirements and increase our energy efficiency.

Everyone who works at Wholistic Research is paid the same wage. Directors and staff alike, to promote equality in out small team and exceptional goodwill. Each person is made to feel indispensable and important. If the company does well we all benefit equally.

In an attempt to give something freely to visitors to our website, Wholistic sponsors some unique health information pages, written by a team of Complementary Health Professionals, to share real information, based on their experience of working with patients for many many years.

Wholistic Research Company supports a number of cancer charities and provides reduced-price health products to Bristol Cancer can Help Now, The Gerson (Cancer Therapy) Support Group, and the Bobby Wright cancer Fight Charity who provide free quality health equipment to poor families with sick children.
